Terms of Reference

1. Acceptance

By using ISO in Action (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App provides

ISO in Action is a self-paced training and quiz tool. It is not an official ISO certification course, lead auditor qualification, or accredited training program.

3. Accounts and access

Full access requires purchasing a license key via Payhip and redeeming it in the App. License keys are personal, non-transferable for resale, and bound to a limited number of devices.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share, sell, or redistribute license keys.
• Do not attempt to bypass scenario limits or device checks.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI tutor.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Payhip. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Payhip’s policies. Jadecore Labs does not directly process payment cards or store card details.

6. Intellectual property

All content, scenarios, explanations, branding, and code are owned by Jadecore Labs. Your purchase grants a personal license to use the App; it does not transfer ownership of any materials.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Jadecore Labs is not liable for any decisions, audit outcomes, or operational changes made based on content in the App.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these terms.
