This page is maintained by Jadecore Labs to explain how ISO in Action collects, uses, and stores data. It describes current app practices and platform capabilities, and is not an independent certification or audit report.
We use your data to provide the quiz experience, save progress across sessions, enforce license limits, respond to support requests, and improve the App. We do not sell personal data.
We use email-and-password and social sign-in through our authentication provider. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
ISO in Action runs on a managed cloud platform. Data is stored in a secure backend database and accessed through authenticated APIs. We rely on the platform’s access controls, encrypted transport, and standard security practices.
The App uses essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Payments are handled by Payhip. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payhip provides the license key, which you redeem inside the App.
We use Payhip for checkout and license delivery, and an AI gateway for the optional “Ask JAIDE” tutor. These services have their own privacy policies and process data only as needed for their function.
We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support.
You can access, update, or delete your account information from the account page. For other requests — including data export, correction, or deletion — contact support@jadecorelabs.com.
If you discover a security issue, please email support@jadecorelabs.com. We will review reports responsibly and respond as quickly as possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
